Multiple entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are within a 10-minute drive. Getting Around: We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine—but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum • The cabin features parking for 1 vehicle • We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area • Electric fireplace is seasonal and operates from October–March, depending on the weather • Keurig coffee maker — bring your own coffee • Grill is charcoal — bring your own charcoal • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. We have loved this spot in the mountains for a long time and are so grateful this perfect little house has been built there. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the porch is just so peaceful with great rockers. Loved having everything you need while on vacation. This place is in the perfect location right outside of roaring fork. Perfect home away from home right in the smokies. We can’t wait until our next trip here. ##### Jamie J.
