### A piece of Heaven on Earth with all the comforts of home!
Our 2-bedroom chalet is the answer to those seeking a Smoky Mountain vacation destination with a modern, contemporary feeling. The home has been recently renovated boasting brand new wooden-frame beds, a porch swing and new décor all throughout the cabin. "Heavenly View" is located in Gatlinburg; only a couple miles away from Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our pet-friendly cabin is perfect for couples and families. Come join us and see all there is to love in our home away from home!
The front door opens into the fully-furnished kitchen area with a nicely appointed dining table and a half-bath for your convenience. This open space extends into the living room area with recently renovated laminate wooden floors. There is new Smart TV/DVR residing in an entertainment alcove built into the wall above the easy-to-operate gas fireplace. This area is thoroughly windowed with spectacular views of the Smokies. The patio door opens onto the upper level deck where you can admire the stunning view while sitting on the wooden swing.
The home has 2 master bedrooms, one on each floor. These rooms are spacious affairs, with equal appointments for each. They both have new wooden king-size beds, matching dressers, nightstands, new Smart TV’s as well as a private full bath with double-vanity sinks, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
Head downstairs and you’ll find the common room. This area is primed for enjoyment with a full-size pool table and foosball table. There’s also a new flat screen TV, a stereo, a shelf full of board games, and two new arcade games to ensure no one gets bored. Here, you’ll find a twin-size bunk bed to perfectly fit the kids. There’s also a sofa bed where another two guests sleep comfortably. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in a small room. You can step out the patio door onto the lower level deck where you’ll find the home’s new private hot tub; guaranteed to be popular with you and your guests.
Guests have access to all areas of the house except the locked owners closet in the downstairs bedroom. Our parking fits two vehicles.
Our cabin is pet-friendly for dogs. We ask that there be no more than 2 dogs with a max of 25 pounds each for a fee of $50 per dog per stay.
Please keep in mind that this is a two-story home, if your family has small children, please bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs.
The premises is equipped with two outdoor security cameras. The cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. The cameras may be used by the rental owner to enforce and verify guest compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to the cameras by the guest may result in a partial or complete loss of the security deposit.

We really enjoyed the several days we stayed in this cabin. It has a beautiful view of the mountains with great rocking chairs and a swing on the upper deck to enjoy this view. The house was well stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay and the host was quick to respond when I messaged her with questions. Our kids really enjoyed the arcade games and pool table downstairs. The cabin is a quick drive to several restaurants and tourist attractions in the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Home is in the perfect location between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of extra fun things are provided for when your just hanging out. The two tier deck was my favorite place to relax and take in the mountain view and watch the wildlife(we got to see 2 bear and a bobcat pass through).Nikki was a great host who was prompt with answering questions and checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The overall stay was nice. This property is cozy and located close enough but just far enough outside of Gatlinburg to feel connected, yet separate. The view is awesome! There is plenty for a family to do. We had to contact our host several times to address issues that I feel should have 100% been take care of before guests arrived at the property. All together it was a good stay, with just some misses on the details.

It was a great trip even with the rain. The mountain view from the upper deck was breath-taking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all your needed supplies. My adult son enjoyed the game room with pool and video games. The driveway is a bit tricky, but Nikki gave great feedback on best way to travel in and out of cabin. We would definitely recommend! Thanks Nikki!

Overall, this property was nice. There was plenty of seating, the mattresses were comfy, plenty of household items. A little more detail to cleaning would help. It was VERY dusty/dirty under the beds & living room furniture. The driveway was a struggle to get into without scraping the bottom of our vehicles. Communication with the owner was easy & she responded fairly quick. The view was GREAT! And that was all I really cared about!

The house was clean and nicely equipped with everything needed. There were some things that could use some attention and maintenance, but nothing that prevented us from having a great time. Be careful not to leave any food or food wrappers in your unlocked vehicle or in the open bed because there are definitely bears in the areab vehicle

We brought our pets, but im going to recommend you dont. There is a area for them to go to the bathroom but the whole time we were there a mama bear and her cubs were out and in the driveway in the morning and evening. When we were packing up she came up and we were trapped in the car. Also, you should know this property is VERY steep you must have 4 wheel drive and honestly i dont know how you do it in the winter. The driveway is angled down towards the house. And that driveway we had heart attacks every time we pulled out! You have to turn right at a sharp angle! Or down the hill you go. Ok if you get passed all that. The house is amazing!! 2 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Pleanty of room and a great game room hot tub views were amazing sunset views.swing on the porch and table to sit and eat. Hot tub too. Nice kitchen with all the cooking you would need. Pleanty of tvs and large ones! Owner is very nice! What i really liked is the cabin is 1/2 way between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge easy access to both. 10 min to either place!! Very happy with the location and cabin 😊

This place was amazing!! So easy to get to, had no problems whatsoever. It’s located in the perfect spot for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was so very clean and well kept. And the most amazing game room downstairs!!! We are already talking about our trip back next year and bringing our grandkids to enjoy that game room! And such beautiful views!! It was hard to say goodbye!! PERFECT PLACE FOR US!! Also Nikki was awesome and responded immediately if I had a question. This place is highly recommended!!

#### Pre-birthday trip with family.
The house for its size has a great arrangement for multiple families. As a previous reviewer said once you go in the house you don't see the back porches of the houses that are looking down on you. Kitchen is well stocked, we brought too much because we were not sure. Beds are fantastic. We spent most of the time on the top deck and had our meals out there. We are giving it a 4 for the following reasons. While we were cooking small bugs came out from behind the stove and were on the counter, return vent needs to be cleaned and due to that dirt probably filter. Since its pet friendly it will get clogged quicker. update some appliances. Can opener does not work and the manual one is almost impossible to use. The last thing is clean the grill periodically. We wanted to grill but it was full and really dirty and did not feel like cleaning up other people's ashes, etc. Also label the ash can because when we started to clean it had dog poop bags in it, so we decided to eat leftovers. The family enjoyed their stay and would recommend it to anyone.

#### Beautiful view
The view from the deck was magnificent. The kids enjoyed the games in the lower level. Furniture was comfortable. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Driveway was steep. Lots of bears around. Had a bear in the bed of my pickup truck, early one morning. Nikki was very helpful.

#### Heavenly view
Amazing cabin and such a wonderful view. The pictures are true to what you walk into. The host is amazing and was quick to respond to an issue we had upon arrival with the air conditioning not working correctly and it was fixed within the hour. Would stay here again. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could need as well. Felt like home.

#### Great house for a family
Our week turned out colder than expected so the fire place & hot tub were very much appreciated. The house is set up perfectly for a family with teenagers and met all of our expectation. Also, our host was exceptional with communication!!
