We are located in DOWNTOWN Gatlinburg across the street from the famous aerial tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walk to anywhere from our location and find wonderful restaurants, endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and much more! If you do not want to walk, take the popular Gatlinburg Trolley, it stops right at our door and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge. I took my mom and 12 yr old son to Gatlinburg for a mini vacay. Once I saw the location and room I immediately requested one more night. We were one road behind the main road but within walking distance of everything. The accommodations were great. It is listed as a kitchenette and so there is no oven. Stove, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. The only semi negative thing is that the couch bed wasn’t the most comfy and a little loud. But there is plenty of space for an air mattress instead. The pull out couch was horrible. My daughter slept in the bed with me and my granddaughter slept on the couch itself. I was very dissatisfied. If i would of paid for more than one night i would of asked for a refund. They wanted you to throw your garbage away which is fine except they have a hook that is so far back that i had to find another guest who was tall to open it for me. I had left two messages and had gone across the street to rent a different room when you called. The text I got had the address. But it said A condos. The name was even wrong.
