Experience the Great Smoky Mountains from beautiful historic downtown Gatlinburg. The panoramic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains is for all seasons; majestic mountains, rolling streams, and Gatlinburg's famous city lights will make your visit unforgettable.

Our unit at Oak Square Condominiums has two bedrooms with King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in the guest room. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful oak cabinets, two -burner cook surface, microwave, refrigerator , and coffee maker. The living room has a nice sleeper sofa and one nice recliner for relaxing while enjoying the woodburning fireplace. Also, this condominium has three flatscreen Cable TVs all with with DVD's . The condominium building has two convenient elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in DOWNTOWN Gatlinburg accross the street from the famous aerial tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walk to anywhere from our location and find wonderful restaurants, endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and much more! If you do not want to walk, take the popular Gatlinburg Trolley, it stops right at our door and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.

Everything was perfect. By far, one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. You cannot beat the location. We parkes and never even had to get back in the car the whole time. It was great!

The location is great.The beds deserve 5 stars. They were very comfortable and we all slept well, even on the sofa bed. The bath towels were not good. We had to test each one before use by wetting a small area on them and giving it a sniff because a couple of them smelled terrible. I learned this the first morning after drying myself off and finding that I smelled like a wet dog. Super unpleasant. I had to re-shower. Most of the towels were fine. There was a lot of dust behind the beds, sofa, and on the trim work. The floors could use a good scrubbing. The condo is located at the back corner of the building, right over 3 or 4 dumpsters that are emptied every morning between 3:55 and 4:05. The sounds of multiple dumpsters being slammed to the ground was our unwanted alarm clock for the five mornings that we woke up in the condo. But we did wake up well rested because of the comfortable mattresses.

There were no drapes in the bedrooms and you could see around the blinds. The mattresses were like sleeping on bare springs. The shower head in the master was loose in the wall and the shower faucet knobs were moldy. The whole condo felt like there was a film of grime on everything. The kitchenette set up is very hodge podge and has two stove tops and takes away from counter space. It depends on your expectations, but we spend a lot of time out hiking so a comfortable bed, nice shower are a must, but I expect privacy and cleanliness and this condo completely missed the mark. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice, location is great and check in and communication were great. But I can’t say that we would stay in this condo again.

Great Location

We were staying here, because we were attending The Gaither Family Fest. Perfect location to the Gatlinburg Convention Center. We walked there all 3 days without a problem. No hills to walk up. The place was over all clean. But needs a deep clean, behind furniture a lot of dust bunnies. The woodwork in the bathroom was caked with dust. But I would not hesitate to stay her again. It is a fourth floor condo, but the elevators are fast. Lots of carts to move your stuff to and from the car. Pools looked nice but didn’t use them. Parking was good.
