The bed was very comfortable that we slept in which was the one on the living room/ kitchen level. The only thing we did not enjoy was the stairs going up to the second level carrying our luggage up. The reviews from others said it was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, but for us it was way too much walking. It was one of the reason I picked this condo. The walk to the village and stop light 6 was easy and quick. Great for our teens, they had their own space. Could see the fireworks from the balcony and some of the drone show. My family (2 grown children and son-in-law and grandson) were with us.
