Welcome to Majestic Mountain Retreat, a 4 bed cozy Cottage in the heart of Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg. You can relax in your hot tub or the your own private outdoor swimming pool after a long day of hiking in the National Park or a day of exploring in the Arts and Crafts Community or in beautiful Gatlinburg downtown..

Bedroom 4: 3 Twin Beds in bunks

A sofa sleeper is available in the basement for 2 additional sleeping arrangements.

All 4 bedrooms feature hotel-quality beds topped with soft, luxury linens, wall mounted 4k TV’s & plenty of space to unpack & relax!

The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower with stunning floor to ceiling tile design.

The second bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom complete with a lavish walk-in shower showcasing a modern design that compliments the wooded surroundings of the home.

The third bedroom is perfect for families with a twin over queen bunk. This room also features a dedicated workspace with a desk & office chair if you need to catch up on some emails during your stay.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with a custom 3 bunk set up with 3 twin beds.

An additional third bathroom is available on the main level of the cottage featuring a modern shower/tub combo & a luxe vanity. There is plenty of space for the whole group to get ready without any stress with 3 full bathrooms.

LIVING SPACE:
When you walk into the home you will be greeted by an inviting open concept living space. The living area has lots of cozy seating and a 58” TV with Sling, HBO Now & Netflix available. If you aren’t enjoying a show or movie, play a few arcade games! The living space dissolves into the dining area featuring a modern dining table with for 6 guests. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the whole living space with ample counter space and a granite breakfast bar with seating for 4.

The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances including a fridge with an ice maker/water dispenser, electric stove, oven, microwave, & dishwasher. All countertop appliances are available to make every meal possible with a toaster, blender, drip coffee pot & a Keurig coffee maker. You will not have to worry about a thing with all the cookware, dishes, glasses & utensils stocked for you to use.

On the main level as you walk towards the bedrooms you might end up in a fierce game of foosball in the game room or find the perfect board game to bring back to the family in the living room.

The fun & games don’t end upstairs, if you head down to the basement the teens & kids will have their own escape with a movie room set up with a huge 70” TV equipped with a Nintendo Classic game console, arcade game machine featuring 1,300 games to choose from. The basement also functions as a fifth bedroom if needed with a pull-out sofa.

OUTSIDE:
Enjoy the lovely mountain air outside on the patio complete with a heated pool (available March 10th – November 10th), a hot tub & a large concrete patio with lots of seating all under twinkling bistro lights. At the end of a long day of adventures in Gatlinburg, make dinner easy utilizing the gourmet style grill on the back patio. The cabin also features a wraparound porch that is easily accessible with a ramp & is the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the wooded areas surrounding the home.

Keep a sharp eye out for wildlife from the many viewing points around the home! You just might see a bear or other roaming animals pass by.

The cottage offers plenty of easily accessible, free parking.

- The heated swimming pool is only available between March 10th & November 10th
- A Pack N’ Play cot is available in the closet behind the double barn doors in dining area
- A highchair is available to use & located in the basement
- Fire Extinguisher, First Aid kit & electric lanterns are available for emergencies
- Starter packs including toilet paper, soap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent is provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to bring shampoo, extra, etc
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera, pointing at the driveway entrance. Camera do not look into any interior spaces or towards hot tub or swimming pool
