### Family Home Near Gastes Lake - 3 Bedrooms, A/C, Enclosed Garden, WiFi, Walk to Beach

In a quiet residential area, we offer you a charming house with enclosed garden. Perfect for a stay of a weekend, a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can walk to the lake (400m), you can relax on the beach, go boating or even paddle. You can also walk or bike to the city center to go to the market or have a coffee on the terrace. You are 27 km from Biscarrosse Plage and 23 km from Mimizan Plage to try your hand at surfing lessons. The house is composed of an entrance, a beautiful living room with a TV lounge area with WIFI as well as a corner dining room. A fully equipped open kitchen. Three bedrooms composed of a 180 bed, two 90 beds then two 80 beds (which can be converted into 160) with storage. A bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort. On the exterior side, a terrace overlooking the enclosed garden with awning will allow you to enjoy your meals outside and the sunny days. Possibility of parking your cars within the property. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region.  
It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
