"Strong smell of damp at check in. Then Cockroaches, black mold, inattentive host, very old house, holes in furniture and table clothes and unusable kitchen appliances. Stairs to x2 doubles in basement (with no toilet and down a very long corridor without windows and only half tiled) are not finished and very dirty). Pool not as seen with old tiling and very old fencing around it. Pictures entirely inaccurate. Cleaning very bad. Agreed I would have 12 guests through the 3 week period & host later...

"The location and house were beautiful and the host was very informative, communicative and helpful. The stand out features were the layout with 6 bedrooms, the kitchen with all appliances updated and in good condition, and the backyard with beautiful soaking pool, jacuzzi, and direct access to the beach. We had a lovely time spending days in the water at the house and mornings/evenings exploring the town. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of St. Tropez, grocery store and other restaurants...

"As someone who was traveling abroad, I received zero communication from the host. There were no directions on how to get to the house, entry instructions, phone numbers, nothing etc. There was no way to even use the home. Days after assumed checkin the host reached out (after we assumed it was cancelled due to zero comms) asking where we were. Terrible experience. "
