It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be upscale, especially one under the Hilton brand. I specifically asked that management acknowledge the issue with the cleaning staff so that I could at least know the situation was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, no one from management ever spoke with us. The front desk employee who sent housekeeping to re-clean the room simply offered us one free breakfast. This experience was incredibly upsetting. The condition of the bed was so unsanitary that we could not sleep and felt genuinely uncomfortable staying in the room. It also made us question what else in the room may not have been properly cleaned. I took detailed photos and videos of the situation. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this before—especially not at a Hilton property that markets itself as an upscale hotel."
