Upstairs, you'll find 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings and an exit to the balcony. There is also a walk-through room with sloping ceilings that has 2 beds. The upper floor features a bath/shower/WC. On the 2nd upper floor, accessible by a ladder, there is an open gallery with a ceiling height of 160 cm and 2 sleeping facilities. Amenities Included The property is equipped with gas heating, a small balcony of 3 square meters, a terrace of 12 square meters, and a garden spanning 300 square meters.
