« J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé, proche de tout ce qu’il faut. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable. Le personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, a été très patient et attentif, même si je ne parle pas anglais — ce qui m’a beaucoup touché. Les équipements sont de qualité et l’ambiance très conviviale. J’ai passé deux semaines excellentes et je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour. Tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. Je recommande...

"Grande chambre. Les finis en bois commencent à être endommagés un peu partout, il faudra y voir dans la prochaine année. Très bon déjeuner le matin. Odeur de clhore dans le lobby est un enjeu important. L’hôtel devrait faire un nouveau balancement des systèmes mécanique de ventilation pour que la zone piscine soit en pression négative. C’est très étrange une telle situation dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. "

"L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. "
