« Nous devions passer 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et avions réservé une chambre double avec un grand lit. Nous avons été placés au 6ème étage. Dès notre arrivée une forte odeur d'humidité était présente dans la chambre et en particulier dans la salle de bain. Au matin, nous avons remarqué un énorme scolopendre dans la douche (photo 1). Nous avons prévenu l'accueil qui nous a proposé de désinsectiser la chambre. Le soir à notre retour, nouvelle très mauvaise surprise avec cette fois-ci un gros poisson...

« L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. »

"la chambre était très propre mais le bruit de la ventilation ou canalisation se déclenchait seul très souvent même la nuit et cela m'a dérangé car c'était assez fort. le personnel est très sympa et les femmes de ménage étaient toutes adorables. l'hôtel est très bien situé."

"Grande chambre. Les finis en bois commencent à être endommagés un peu partout, il faudra y voir dans la prochaine année. Très bon déjeuner le matin. Odeur de clhore dans le lobby est un enjeu important. L’hôtel devrait faire un nouveau balancement des systèmes mécanique de ventilation pour que la zone piscine soit en pression négative. C’est très étrange une telle situation dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. "

"L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. "
