The 75 m² holiday apartment "Zugspitze" can accommodate 5 people and is located on the 2nd floor of the building. With its high-quality pine wood furnishings, it radiates a cosy atmosphere. The apartment with sloping ceilings and wooden beams consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms as well as one bathroom (with a corner bathtub). The child-friendly apartment's amenities also includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Sky, toys and children's books. A washing machine, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair can be provided if requested in advance. Access the furnished, private balcony from the living room and enjoy a tasty breakfast on sunny days or unwind while admiring the snow-capped peaks. The absolute highlight of the apartment is its exceptional location, which offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. Countless hiking routes with alpine pastures and mountain huts, where you can take a break as well as downhill runs for winter sports enthusiasts are in the immediate vicinity and are waiting to be explored. The Kreuzeck cable car, Alpspitz cable car (2.2 km or a 4-minute drive) or the Hausberg cable car (2.4 km or a 6-minute drive) take you to unforgettable viewpoints and slopes - enjoy the clear view over the snow-covered wonderland in winter and the lush green meadows in summer. The Riessersee lake with its beach, restaurant and café is 2.4 km away. Close to the accommodation you will also find a small selection of restaurants (250 m) and supermarkets (650 m). Parking is available on the property. Ski storage possible. The apartment is located directly next to a busy road and on the first floor of the building there is a sports bar and it can get noisy. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar mit Auto und wer fit ist mit guten wander Schuhe kommt auch zu Fuß weit. Der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt an der Hauptstraße die gut befahren ist das war das einzige . Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Beide Gondeln sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar, wenn man nicht in den Stau gerät. Die Wohnung war sauber und sinnvoll geschnitten, alles Benötigte war vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Für den Sommer können wir uns die Wohnung durch die laute Straße allerdings nicht vorstellen. Mit offenem Fenster hätten wir nicht schlafen wollen. ##### Christian H.
