Luxurious apartment with panoramic views The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank. The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer. You will find a wide range of shops nearby. You will feel very comfortable! Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. We found it to be clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The unit has windows on three sides. It is close to a bus stop. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and grocery store options, all within a few minutes of walking distance. Our interaction with the manager at check-in was enjoyable. A little tip: when we checked out, we took the bus to the train station. One car could be parked next to the location, one in an affordable parking garage located nearby. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the beatiful street and a bakery and supermarket were close. The beds were ok, so was the kitchen and the utensils, plates and glasswork. We rented this apartment as part of our girls trip to visit Bavarian sites and Christmas markets. The apartment was a perfect fit for 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen, visiting zugspitze and a quick day trip to Neuschwanstein. The only thing we found lacking was the bed in the master bedroom, the mattress was tilted and very uncomfortable. The kitchen and rooms were sufficient, but as others had mentioned there are not bedside tables to put items. We did have an issue with the door of the washer not opening. It was broken and someone had left bed linens in the washer. We attempted several times via phone and email to contact the property manager, but never got a response. It was over the Christmas holiday, but I had hoped someone would eventually respond. My husband YouTubed the problem and we used a credit card to open the latch. I finally got to wash my clothes. It is very convenient to all things in Garmish and Partenkirchen, and an easy walk to the central areas of both. The host was extremely responsive throughout the process and the property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a confortable stay.
