Experience a spacious mountain retreat on the Balestas plateau, perfectly situated at an altitude of 1,600 meters in the heart of the Pyrenees. This large residence is ideally located 500 meters from the resort center and 400 meters from the Peyragudes ski domain. To ensure your stay is effortless, a free shuttle service connects the residence directly to the slopes and ski lifts.

The interior is designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups, featuring a bright living area equipped with a television and a sofa bed for two guests. The sleeping arrangements include multiple separate bedrooms to provide privacy for up to seven people. The kitchenette is fully prepared for group meals, featuring ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave or oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A private balcony or terrace allows you to soak in the optimal sunshine and open views of the surrounding Pyrenean peaks.

Your stay includes access to the Spassio balneo center, located just 100 meters from the residence. This wellness space offers a large 80 m² indoor pool with counter-current swimming and massage beds, along with a five-person outdoor jacuzzi facing the mountains. Whether you are visiting in winter for the 60 km of ski runs or in summer to explore the 13 km green mountain biking trail, this spacious apartment serves as the perfect high-altitude base.
