### Long-term Spacious and Cozy Place near Disney

This is a private, cozy & spacious place. The room is sparkling clean with private bathroom and entrance, outdoor seating area & convenient smart clock for a contact free check in/out. Located within minutes driving distance of Disneyland, Knott Berry Farm, Christ Cathedral, Little Saigon Village, Anaheim Stadium, supermarkets, shopping centers, beaches and many more…  
The space  
The room is set up with smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, working desk, futon sleeper, Keurig coffee maker, and also some water bottles, coffee & tea.  
  
The room locates in a nice house and safe neighborhood. This room is attached to the main house. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.  
  
A desk with space for a laptop that’s comfortable to work in.  
  
We have high speed internet allows you to stream movies from Amazon with our included smart TV.  
  
We provide towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, clothing iron and liquid hand soap.

Please note the minimum rental period is 30 days per the city of Garden Grove's ordinance. Please contact us should you have any concerns or questions.  
  
Parking: You may park on the street in front of our house. Please leave another space for another car to park. You may park in our drive way when there is street sweeping. Street sweeping is on Wednesday from 8am to 12pm.  
  
Wifi/internet password will be provided after you check in.  
  
Please turn off all electricity, water...and keep the room locked when you leave.
