Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers. Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally. The pool area was a nice area, very enjoyable and clean. The AC worked well...if you were in the lower level. The upper level got very warm even after leaving all windows, blinds, and curtains shut and all vents were open. Other than that, it is a nice property. Lots of stairs which wasn't a burden for us, but we did notice a few senior guests who were struggling. We had 2 couples and a infant and was very nice and clean! The property is up on a hill so you need to drive to most of the things you are doing. If you have a trailer you have to park the trailer parking is down below at the harbor village trailer parking area. There is only 1 spot you could park a trailer close to the property.
