There are some minor items that need maintenance/attention (like grout and dishwasher mounting), but the remodel is really cute and functional/comfortable. The exterior, however was terrible. The back area for the hot tub was useless and there were so many weeds knee high you couldn’t sit at the outdoor table, nor would you want to. There are wasp nests in front and in back surrounding the porches that swarmed when we tried to hang wet suits on the back rail. The front entrance of the home also was covered in weeds and looked like it was sagging. Overall the exterior needs some serious TLC, interior is pretty good and was updated well. ##### Amy G.
