Lack of seating in the living room. Only 1 couch and the lease agreement said there could be up to 4 individuals. Someone would be on floor2\. Lack of condiments in the kitchen there was not a staples like Salt and Pepper. All shakers were empty.We have rented many short term rentals and this was never and issue.3\. Most serious of all. The floor of the shower tub was very very slick with all of the friction pads worn out. This is a major hazard for Seniors.4\. When we arrived, there was barely room for 4\. We contacted Vacasa (the owner) and was told it only slept 4\. The app didn’t work well due to location, so I was unable to contact HomeAway until arriving home. They told me I should have contacted them while I was there...though I was unable to. They told me they’re not responsible for the listing, yet charged me $32 fee. They said they’d contact me back, no response. Property very clean, kitchen had what you need, but walls super thin and not able to sleep on the pull out couch. You could feel the bars through the mattress.
