Full use of the house, garage and private parking in front of the garage and 10x24 parking pad on west side of the house. Kitchen has standard appliances, pots and pans with plastic and stoneware options for serving. \- Upstairs - Upstairs has a small common area with sofa and 55" smart TV, laundry room, and four bedrooms. Large suite has a king bed and private bathroom with two sinks, shower, walk-in closet. A smart 55" TV is mounted on the wall. This room has a desk. A dell usb3 thunderbolt docking station and an optional ultrawide IPS LG monitor can assist with productivity. Next large bedroom has a queen bed , a trundle bed providing one twin bed and a closet.
