Great location and wonderful view. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We had to drive to the pool, but it was clean and well kept. Only downside - Three couples and one child were traveling. I booked this unit because it showed two queen beds and one king. However, one queen was a double and it was a little uncomfortable for the couple who is used to sleeping in a larger bed. And the pillows were flat. I would've used them more as the view was beautiful, but there were constantly upto 3 wasps at a time hanging out with you. Also watch out for the 2 very large pot holes on the way up the hill. It's placed close to all the shops and places to eat in Garden City. Maybe one small thing and then something for the owners to look at. Family mentioned the decor was a bit dated and had a Christmas theme in the living room. While the view was absolutely fantastic, it was hard to get on the balcony with all the wasps that would hover around there in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay, a few minor issues like the keycard had to be changed as it wouldn't work at first, and several of the outlets on the walls wouldn't work. There was a new BBQ grill on the deck however, it wouldn't cook hamburgers as the temp wouldn't get hot enough. We expect a few glitches as nothing is perfect, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
