“Garda31” is a wonderful new residence located in Garda, in a quiet area with a large shared swimming pool, a few minutes walk from the historic center of the town!

All the apartments have got an independent access, and they are located on the ground floor or on the first floor.

Those located on the ground floor have got a small private garden, while those on the first floor have got a large covered balcony.

The apartments, furnished in a modern and refined style, have got two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living area with equipped kitchen.
