La playa está justo en la puerta, la urbanización es muy tranquila y la zona también. El apertamento está bien, con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Lo bien cuidadas y limpias que estaban las zonas comunes, piscina, jardines, portales, En la cocina dejaría a la vista trapos y bayetas, ya que al encontrarse al final del cajón no los vimos. Y pondría cafeteras de capsulas, advirtiendo del modelo para poder comprar las capsulas correspondientes. De cara a la comunidad estaría bien que a partir de una hora se evitaran los ruidos en las inmediaciones de la piscina.
