Very communicative, friendly and helpful customer service. Great location and very comfortable apartments with everything you need for your stay. We really liked their 24 check in, and having a spot to park the car in a covered garage, and very close to the building's entrance. Also, we were walking distance to a variety of places to eat, and the beach.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Nos alojamos durante tres noches en un apartamento. Somos familia numerosa y necesitamos algo espacioso y agradable. La verdad es que el apartamento era adecuado a lo que íbamos buscando. Dos habitaciones con dos camas en cada una, más un sofá cama que no usamos para dormir porque las tres niñas se acostaron juntas en una habitación. La cocina no es la típica barra americana que encuentras en muchos apartamentos de playa. Es independiente del salón y equipada con todo lo necesario. La hora de entrada, según las condiciones de reserva, era a las 17:00. Nosotros llegamos a las 13:00. Entramos en el hotel (justo en la enfrente) y nos atendió una chica muy agradable que nos gestionó la habitación y en 20 minutos la tuvimos disponible. Nos encontramos todo en perfecto estado y limpio.

Apartamento muy viejo,los colchones te hundias,puertas muy viejas e incluso rotas,muy caro para como están los apartamentos no volvere , ni se lo recomiendo a nadie,

Estancia apartamentos Biarritz

Los apartamentos están bien. Son cómodos y sencillos, sin grandes lujos. La ubicación buena. En primera línea de playa. Muy cerca de restaurantes,supermercados, etc. Lo que deja mucho que desear es el servicio de los apartamentos. Brilla por su ausencia. No limpiaron ni cambiaron las sábanas/ toallas del apartamento durante nuestra estancia de una semana. Tampoco incluyeron ni bolsas de basura( una para toda la estancia) ni papel higiénico extra( solo dos rollos). Nada más llegar te piden una fianza de 150 euros además del total del importe de toda la estancia.

Aceptable para despedida de soltero.

Muy feo el detalle de no facilitar ni toalla de baño y sólo un rollo de papel higiénico por habitación, a pesar de estar 3 días y 3 personas por habitación.

La estancia fue muy corta ya que estuvimos solo una noche, pero en general nos gustó mucho. Solo 2 cosas a destacar es que nada mas llegar nos pidieron una fianza de 150€ que nos devolverían al final de la estancia, que no me parece mal, pero sí se debería notificar al realizar la reserva porque en ningún momento nos dijeron nada. La fianza fue devuelta correctamente... y las almohadas eran un poco incómodas. Por el resto todo bien.
