Property Summary  
Cottage La Ginestra is a beautiful vacation rental located atop a hill in Gambassi Terme, Italy. The private and fenced property features a well-maintained terraced garden, a fantastic swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 110 - 180 cm deep) available from April 15 to October 9, an outdoor shower, a terrace, and a barbecue area. Enjoy amenities such as WiFi, parking on the premises, and a yard.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of Cottage La Ginestra. The property boasts a fantastic swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth of 110 - 180 cm, available for use from April 15 to October 9. Unwind on the terrace or host a barbecue gathering in the well-kept terraced garden.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, heating is available from November 1 to April 15. Access to the property is via an unmade road spanning 100 m, and ample parking is provided on the premises. The nearest shop is located 6 km away, and childminding services can be arranged for families with children (additional fee applies). Airport transfers to this holiday rental can also be organized upon request.

La Ginestra (GAM310) is a spacious 6-room vacation home that spans across 200 m2 of living space on two levels, providing ample room for a cozy and comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV for entertainment, as well as an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with 5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The dining table in the kitchen is perfect for enjoying meals together, and you can even cook up a storm on the open-hearth fireplace. From the kitchen, you can access the veranda for a breath of fresh air.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation home boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is heated with gas and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Families with young children will appreciate the provided washing machine, children's high chair, and baby cot. Other amenities include a barbecue, dishwasher, fireplace, satellite TV, heat availability, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms are fitted with two double beds each, while the other two rooms have two single beds each. Additionally, there is an open living/sleeping room with two sofabeds and an open-hearth fireplace. It is important to note that when there are fewer than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. This charming vacation home is strictly non-smoking, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
