The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing for easy socializing and entertaining. The large windows flood the space with natural light, giving it an airy and bright feel. As you make your way through the house, you'll discover the two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are tastefully appointed and brilliantly decorated. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the spacious deck overlooking the gulf. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the breathtaking sunrise or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine as you take in the mesmerizing views. The deck provides ample space for outdoor dining, lounging, and soaking up the sun. Whether you're looking to unwind on the deck, explore the expansive grounds, or venture out to the nearby attractions, our vacation rental offers an ideal location for your getaway. From scenic hikes to local dining and entertainment options, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of our secluded retreat. Book your stay today and create lasting memories at our charming house overlooking the gulf. Home Rules No Pets Allowed Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. Our homes/units may be rented either together or separately. Because of this, other guests may be staying nearby during your visit. Please be respectful and considerate of others on the property. We enjoyed a puzzle and games and simply all being able to be together inside and on the deck.
