Additionally, several lights downstairs were not functioning, and we observed holes in the wall. The garage door leading to the back lake did not close properly, and there was trash left on the back deck. The window screen was also cut.The home had an unpleasant odor, suggestive of possible prior water damage, and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. This house is located just footsteps from our annual main rental. Sadly, when we arrived, the house was still a mess. We called Customer Service and was promptly placed in another house, but over a mile away. We made everything work and customer service was apologetic for the mistake.
