This comfortable and classy bay canal front home is built for those who love to cast a line, tell tall tales, paddle the canal (kayaks provided), and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The Space: Fantastic Fishing Spot – Step right outside to some of the best fishing on the island! Whether you’re after redfish, trout, or flounder, you’ll have direct access to the water from your private dock. Night fishing? No problem – the canal is known to attract fish under the moonlight! Kick Back & Unwind – After a successful day on the water, fire up the charcoal grill, gather around the Solo Stove fire pit, or pour a drink at the fun tiki bar (complete with refrigerator, microwave, sink) while you swap stories about the one that got away. Room for the Whole Crew – With 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living space, there’s plenty of room to relax before another day of tight lines and smooth waters. There is also access to the public beaches (3), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts, swimming pool (when available) and tennis courts, so guests get an opportunity to experience the benefits of both the Gulf and Bay sides of the island.
