On the second floor, you'll find the living area, kitchen, a sofa sleeper, a spacious deck, and a convenient half bathroom. Imagine sitting on the deck, enjoying the coastal breeze and taking in the panoramic ocean views. This home's location is truly unbeatable. Step outside the door, and you're right on the sandy beach. What a great little two bedroom one and a half bath beach house! The View was beautiful. Having multiple patios was very nice especially the private one for the master .The house is clean smelled nice, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well! We had several issues that had to be dealt with pretty rapidly when we first got there. It didn't appear to be any negligence on the part of the homeowner but rather looked like Fallout due to the recent hurricane. Mold on the bed pillows, dust, dirt and dead bugs under all the furniture, grease dripping from the ventilation fan over the stove, mold in the tub and in the washing machine… as a property manager for a vrbo listing myself,I was horrified. I am the house keeper for my property and I would never allow it to be so dirty. Dead bugs and someone else’s hair in the beds…. A dehumidifier needs to be ran at all times along with leaving the washer door open to keep things dry so mold does not grow. Folks with mold allergies or asthma should not stay here.
