Inside your home away from home, beach chic meets modern comfort. The sunlit living room comes adorned with ample seating, a large TV, and effortless deck access. When mealtime rolls around, head for the bright full kitchen equipped with a cheerful, turquoise backsplash, updated appliances, and a breakfast bar. The charming bedrooms are places of pure peace with their inviting color palettes, carefully curated furnishings, and cool temperatures - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. Downstairs, the family room provides a great additional spot for the kids to tune into their weekend morning cartoons. The separate laundry room is another perk to the home's interior, ensuring chore time is the least of your concerns. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Access to these amenities requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change). The upstairs and downstairs are not accessible via internal stairs. You must use the outside stairs to access the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
