Perched on one of Sea Isle’s shimmering canals, this 3BR/2BR home features an ultra-private master suite and multiple outdoor areas with stunning views. The covered patio has seating for everyone to enjoy a meal with amazing views of the canal. The master suite boasts two private balconies. Sea Isle Beach is close by, and the local supermarket is within walking distance. Cool tile floors line the open-concept living room, furnished with a comfy sectional and two chairs. Relax and unwind beneath high ceilings while enjoying a movie on the 38” TV. Gleaming marble countertops complement sleek black appliances in the kitchen. Whip up tasty meals with plenty of cookware and kitchen gadgets. A wine fridge in the outdoor kitchen keeps your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature and the full-size fridge and ice maker will come in handy for cocktails. Five can sit to coffee and the kitchen bar, and a polished wood table seats six to special meals. This three-story home accommodates up to 12 guests between the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat on the third floor, furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk. A balcony with seating for two overlooks the canal. An en-suite master bathroom features a jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Another private balcony off the master bathroom offers views of the Gulf. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private balcony with Gulf vistas. Two full-over-full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV round out the third bedroom. The guest bathroom is equipped with a sparkling tub/shower combination. The patio features a table with seating for 10 plus additional benches for seating, an ice chest, and plenty of additional seating. The expansive canal-view deck has two sitting areas and a dining table for eight. Private balconies await off the master suite and the second bedroom. On the plus side, the canal was a fantastic feature, offering a fun and relaxing way to spend time outdoors. The availability of kayaks added to the enjoyment, making it easy to explore the water at our own pace.However, there were some concerns with the property itself. The bed sheets were unfortunately not clean, which was disappointing upon arrival. Additionally, we could hear a rat moving around in the attic of the kids' bedroom, which was unsettling and made it difficult to fully relax.Overall, while the outdoor amenities were great, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rental could use some serious attention. I hope the host takes steps to address these issues for future guests. ##### Evan S. The house was in a great location and our favorite neighborhood in Galveston. Being Located on the canal gave us the opportunity to fish day and night. We brought our girls’ bicycles and they rode in the driveway and adjacent cul-de-sac. We rented a golf cart and were easily able to get to and from the beach within minutes. The house itself was very clean and stocked with all amenities to make our stay convenient. No need to bring your own toiletries, kitchen supplies or towels. EverythIng was fully stocked and clean. The beds were the most comfortable of any house we’ve rented from before.We rent frequently from VRBO and this is honestly the first home that we have ever said we’d definitely rent from again. ##### ASHLEY H. The stay was good and we made it work. The location is nice and the kayaks are a bonus. However, the AC in two of the rooms does not work properly. The kids room and master bedroom. I called and was told the AC is working fine. However, they do have two portable units in those rooms ( I am guessing they are aware of the problem). Had I been aware of the issue I would have never stayed in this home. The house was cute and my 4 teen boys enjoyed it. The AC was just a deal breaker during the summer. ##### amy m.
