Sturdy furniture, good AC, big shower upstairs, an outdoor shower that can be used before entering and of course the required cousins bunk beds. It's an easy walk to the beach plus it's right across the street from a very fun playscape and splash pad with a nice balcony for evening use.There are plenty of kitchen wares and towels and left behind beach chairs, floats, shovels and buckets. One of it's great advantages is the excellent BLVD restaurant on the corner. Good kid mac and cheese and tasty seafood by efficient service. ##### JULIE W. The Property Manager was absent. We did not receive code info in advance, it was not cleaned, the water never got cold, and the lawn was not mowed - however!! The HOST took care of EVERYTHING as he became aware of our issues. He responded quickly and with great resolution. The pictures exactly represented the property. We had 2 adults upstairs and the 18 year-olds were all downstairs. We loved the location, the setup, the amenities - we used the kitchen a LOT and the beach chairs and boogie boards and towels. The water pressure was great, the hot water was great, the beds were great, the A/C was great, the washer/dryer was great. We loved being able to walk to the pier, the beach, the restaurants, and the rec center. It was a lovely trip in a lovely little house on the corner.
