We went for walks on the beach every morning and evening. It is right across the street! The owner cecked on us several times via messages and is very quick to respond if you have any questions. The condo is situated in a large complex that’s very busy and active area. This is not a remote location if that’s what you want. But we were close to amenities, grocery shopping, restaurants etc. The unit itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, simple and very comfortable! The wagon with beach chairs made it easy to haul our own umbrella and cooler for the beach. Coffee pot, TV, balcony pool access available too. Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Jul 14, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Overall nice place The listing is a little unclear...There was a $35 "Facility Use" fee upon check-in that I was unaware of. There was no ocean view or "partial" ocean view. The balcony is angled and it is a first floor unit so we were just looking into the parking lot and the other balconies across the parking lot. The unit is at the very back of the property and there is a huge dumpster up against the fence so every time we walked out the front door, we smelled the dumpster. The washer/dryer is not in the unit, it's on the other side of the property. The bedroom is very small, not much counter space in bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice place. Looked to be completely updated/remodeled, had all the kitchen items we needed, AC worked great, access to Netflix and other subscription services.
