EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. It was located in a great part of town and the property was extremely clean. Remodeling was being done in the front of the property, but it didn’t affect anything. The pools were beautiful . Inside, our room was cute and clean. Everything you could need was provided. We would come again and have already recommended it to family. ##### Christy T. It had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Dave is an exceptional host and made booking, checkin and checkout a breeze. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. While the condo is not huge, it was perfect for the week for my family of four. We loved the coffee bar, upgraded shower and my boys loved the towel animals when we arrived. It was very generous that the owner stocks a few basic items, like garbage bags, sandwich bags and tinfoil. It was nice not to have to buy boxes of these items when we were only going to be there 6 days. The condo building itself is dated, but this condo was very affordable and the pools seem to be very well maintained. ##### Lindsey L.
