Rest your muscles in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite beverage. INSIDE THE CONDO The queen-size bed in the bedroom is comfy with lots of pillows so you can catch up on sleep. There’s plenty of space in the closet behind the mirrored doors. Watch cable TV or most streaming services on the 40” wall-mounted television. Read bedtime stories by the wall-mounted lights in the twin bunk beds built into the hallway. And stow shoes in the drawer below the bunks. There’s plenty of seating for lively conversation or watching the game on the 43” flat-screen TV in the living room. The dining table folds up and sits discreetly by the wall. It folds out to seat from three to six. With just an easy pull and a push, the couch transforms into a cushy queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen’s large island adds counter space and doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools. Cook your favorite meals with the electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. View the Gulf from the balcony overlooking the sparkling Seascape pool, hot tubs, and palm trees. Eat breakfast out there with two sets of tables and chairs and enjoy a drink after dinner. After a fun day making memories, freshen up in the tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Please note your reservation includes an $15 resort fee per night (paid upon booking) for parking and amenities. THE LOCATION You’ll have private access to the beach, a large swimming pool, and two relaxing hot tubs. There are barbecue grills and gazebos too. Drive 5 minutes to Moody Gardens, an amusement park with three pyramids to explore along with ropes course, zip line, aquarium, and paddlewheel boat cruise. Or Schlitterbahn, the indoor/outdoor waterpark with endless waterslides, a surfing wave, and a long lazy river. There are go-carts, batting cages, a movie theater, a grocery store, and a ton of tasty restaurants just a few minutes away. I’ve stayed at other beach front places and the access to the beach at this location is a win! I love the private access. I wish they had an option to add umbrellas and chairs to our stay. As far as the condo itself it could use a few upgrades compared to other places I’ve stayed. The door in the bedroom was wobbly and made me uneasy to use the closet space. The water pressure in the shower was low and not something you want after a day on the beach. However, it is a cozy place and exactly as pictured. I loved the scenery and loved the feel of this place. The management responded well to my needs as well if I chose to bother them. This is a place I would consider again overall. ##### Carmen G. When we arrived the parking attendant waved us through so we parked and used our info to get into our condo just like any other time we've stayed VRBO.Thought nothing of it.We used the pool and were having a great time, until on our 3RD trip to the pool when we were told to get out of the pool for not having bands. Other guest did not have bands,&we did not understand. We were chewed out for 25minutes and treated like horrible liars, never being allowed to even speak because the attendant would not stop gripping at us.The pool attendant told the parking attendant my husband threatened him& put his fist in his face.I asked for the video surveillance because I knew it was a lie!Denied.No witnesses were asked anything, just leave or Im calling the cops.The entire time I was trying to be so nice to defuse the situation, but the woman was furious& crazy! I wish I had gotten out my phone and videoed for proof. At one point, I thought someone was going to say it was a prank. Ive never seen anything like it. It was that BAD! ##### Laci R. Loved the location of the condo- private beach access past the sea wall but close to everything just a few minutes away. The property is extremely well-kept.
