Palm Beach Retreat is about 5 minutes from the beach and a little closer to the bay. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet friendly and smoke free. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and a covered tiki bar area with a hot tub. There is a storage area beneath the house with a gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and bathroom. Next door is our neighbors orchard and empty lots on the other side. This cozy bungalow has a lot of privacy and outdoor space. The hot tub is the best part!! You are minutes from the beach and the bay. Great location close to town. We do collect a pet fee if you are planning on bringing your pet let me know. I will leave a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and a trash bag to get you started. Bring more of those things if you think you'll need more. You are welcome to use our chairs and coolers for the beach. Guest access Lock box on the front door. Other things to note You can park on the lots to the left of our home if you're facing it. Our Property is marked by Oleanders planted on the North and South Sides. Please stay off of our neighbors Orchard. The shade & the breeze coming through the patio area under the palapa was refreshing even though it was hot & humid out. The whole family enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. We rented a golf cart from Rick’s (owner rec) & they delivered to our driveway. It was fun to ride it over to our private beach area where we could park it on the sand (not all beaches allow this). It was a casual, easygoing, relaxing vacation & we wanted to stay longer (as always!). House was adorable, equipped with everything you might need & the owner was awesome! The only thing we missed was a casual restaurant/bar on the beach overlooking the water that we could golf cart to (Waterman’s is nearby but a bit nicer & we found it pricey$).
