Located in peaceful Miramar Beach, the shore here is calmer and less crowded than other spots along the coast. With space for 20 people and four bedroom suites, even large groups will be able to find a bit of privacy at Seaside Serenity, while large sun-drenched decks and an oceanside pool provide plenty of outdoor space to relax by the sea. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! A small, tiered bar space is ideal for serving up some game night snacks or happy hour cocktails. Two bedrooms on this floor provide plenty of flexible sleeping space. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a triple stack of twin-size bunk beds. A full bathroom with a step-in shower is right next door. The second bedroom has two full-over-full size bunk beds. An attached full bathroom has a step-in shower with a glass door. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a luxurious master suite— complete with a king-size bed, a flatscreen television, and a comfy side chair. When you wake up in the morning, slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private oceanfront balcony to take in the gentle sea breezes and the panoramic ocean views. The ensuite master bathroom has a step-in, glass-enclosed shower. Another bedroom on this floor has two queen-size beds and an attached full bathroom. When your crew is ready to soak up the Texas sunshine, simply step outside— the beach is your backyard. Hang out in the pool and work on your tan in one of the lounge chairs. Grab a quick snack at the outdoor dining table. Head down to the oceanside pergola for an afternoon siesta in the shade. Take a stroll down your private boardwalk and straight onto the beach. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and they even have beach items to use during your stay. The highlight for our little kids was definitely the pool! It was so nice after beaching to come and shower off and hop in… even the people staying next door asked us questions about the house because they were so jealous about the pool. Cons: the minute we walked in we could tell the floors had not been swept & house was not in a clean shape. There were dead roaches on the floor and live ones running in & out of the kitchen cabinets. There is black mold in one of the bedroom closets & all of guests were sick starting Saturday afternoon until now. The freezer ice making was taped with medical tape and kept getting caught when we’d open the freezer. It would take 1 person to hold the broken shelf up while another person opened the freezer. The fireplace leaked water as soon as it started raining Sunday morning. I contacted the company as soon as we checked out & let them know about all of these concerns but I have not heard back. Living room was large enough for all of us to late night board games. Kitchen was great. I cooked dinner 3 of the nights and had plenty of prep and cooking space. My only criticism would be the room with the 4 beds was configured pretty tight. Leaving it hard to get to the closet. The owner was super easy to talk to and he was very accommodating. The house is in the best location. It housed our party of 10 comfortably.
