We offer a large parking space: two covered and two uncovered. Lovely trees providing shade in this very large front yard will make an enjoyable place to relax with a morning cup of coffee... Additional Info: Pet friendly Minimum age to book is 25 No parties or loud gatherings Charcoal grill available 10-12 cup coffee maker Starter set of paper (toilet paper, paper towels) and plastic (trash bags) included \* Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed, inside garbage bins. Guest agrees that their dogs will be clean, with sand removed prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each) Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. You are close to everything with a quick short drive. The home was kept clean and felt safe during our stay. The neighborhood is older a little more run down but the gate that closes in the house and cars brings a feeling of security. The house itself is older, but this is Galveston... everything in that area is older. A couple of suggestions, the master bedroom needs a new mattress it was hard as a rock. We had an older set of parents who were able to take the downstairs bedroom and bath and the “younger” of us upstairs. They were super responsive with emails during our stay as we kept them up to date with info around the home I.e. light bulbs out etc. they even offered to send someone immediately to replace them. The location was amazing. It was set back some from the street so we didn’t hear passing traffic all night. We will definitely be staying again! ##### Kristi P. There is so much room inside for everybody. The yard is large and awesome for the dogs. The covered deck is a really amazing place to sit and relax in the afternoon and evening. Unfortunately the only access for one of the bedrooms is through another bedroom. The upstairs king size bed is as hard as a board and squeaks every time you move. The down stairs bedroom is the only bedroom that has a tv in it. The bbq pit is very small. Overall it’s a wonderful vacation home.
