Located just two short blocks from one of the best beaches on the island, you will be having fun in the sun within minutes! My Blue Heaven is loaded with plenty of fun extras! Catch the latest game in the game room, equipped with a microwave & beverage center, or on the outdoor TV while relaxing with a drink at the bar or cooking a steak on the charcoal grill. Plenty of onsite parking is available to accommodate your vehicles. The spacious design of My Blue Heaven offers several areas to come together or spread out and relax while soaking up spectacular coastal views! Get ready for memory making in the welcoming living room or stream your favorite show on the Smart TV as you unwind from a perfect day. You'll be the Top Chef in this fully stocked, gourmet kitchen offering many thoughtful extras such as a Margaritaville margarita maker, air fryer, panini maker, & crockpot. When bedtime calls, you will rest peacefully in one of 4 bedrooms, offering a king bed in the primary, as well as king beds in the secondary and third bedrooms. The 4th bedroom offers fun double sets of queen over queen bunkbeds, 4 in total! Each bedroom features a Smart TV for late-night viewings. There is additionally a queen bed in the upstairs loft. For families with little ones, there is a pack n' play & high chair provided. Security cameras for safety at front door & driveway. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. With a large family is it typically very hard to find a space that works for us, but My Blue Heaven was a great fit. It was even more lovely and spacious than I realized with generous closets and pantry and outdoor seating.The 4 levels of the house spread the noise out where it felt calm and peaceful even with lots of people and children everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we especially appreciated the amazing bunkroom!! This home is like staying in a 5 star resort. The kitchen held all the amenities that we would have at home and lent itself to wonderful meals. The beach was a close walk and easy to get to. We had two families and the house was even better in person! The kids loved the bunk room and second floor area. The adults loved the large back deck that had views of the ocean and the bay. We have been coming to Pointe West for over a decade and this is by far our best stay yet! House was immaculate, beautifully decorated. Kitchen stocked with everything, including a secondary refrigerator. Teens loved the game room upstairs and outdoor area in bottom floor. Minutes to beach walkover and beach club. Mgmt company was easily accessible, even checked on us when a big storm blew through and we lost power.
