We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. We love the beach in the winter as much as we do in the summer. The backyard was great for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores in the fire pit. It is spacious except the bedrooms (not master) are packed with beds. It didn't bother us but there isn't much room to move around due to all the beds. The only issue we had was no drain plug in the bathtub so I could bathe my grandson (easily fixed and I did notify the owner) and the couches need to be moved so they can be swept and mopped under - lots of food and dirt under them which my grandson was trying to get. Pictures don’t show it but there are chairs around the pool to relax. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Lots of stairs.
