Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway...located right on the canal in beautiful Jamaica Beach just west of the Galveston seawall. Fishing and kayaking right off the attached dock or a 30 second walk to Flamingo Park! Community swimming pool and park nearby. Bait shops, surf shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby. Access to a quieter part of the beach where you can drive onto the shore. All the amenities of home, away from home.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed with 1 trundle bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, both Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the full bathroom in the hall. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the couch, but we prefer if it is only used if absolutely necessary. There is half bathroom on the lower level, as well as an outdoor shower.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, crockpot, waffle-maker, toaster, and a variety of cooking spices and utensils. There is large boil pot in the lower-level for crab boils.

Guest access
All areas of the home that are accessible with the keys is available for use! We do ask that guests do not operate the boat lift or any of the knobs and buttons on the boat lift.

Other things to note
A pet might be accepted, but on a case-by-case basis. Please specify what kind of animal (and the weight). It must be less than 40 lbs, is not allowed on any furniture, and must be crated when unattended. If accepted there is a one time, $200 pet fee per stay. Limit one per stay maximum.

There are 5 single person kayaks and 5 kayak paddles and 1 stand-up paddle board (SUP) and 1 SUP paddle. Several life jackets from youth to adult size are available.

Exterior security cameras are positioned in these areas on the property: Driveway entryway gate and front door. Please do not reposition cameras as they are currently positioned for safety and security. Thank you!
