Newly installed compact oven. This condo is quiet. It is a 3rd floor end unit. Check-in 4:00 pm Check out 11 am Victorian Resort guests must purchase parking permit from Resort for $35 (days 1-15) vehicle at the time of check-in at the resort. The space Open concept with gorgeous views of Gulf. Unit is on 3rd floor so less traffic noise. \* Victorian amenities include: Waterfall Lagoon pool that is mildly heated during the winter.
