The bedroom features a king size bed and twin/twin bunk bed. A second twin/twin bunk bed is nestled off the main living space. Enjoy al fresco dining on the large balcony overlooking downtown. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! We were there to visit UTMB and it's about a five minute drive. Seawall is about a five minute drive as well. I was curious how the parking was going to work. Plenty of free street parking out front. Don't know how it would be during peak season. It's also a 2 hour parking limit during the day, so you may need to find a pay lot if you'll be leaving your car. ##### John M. As the description notes "charming" is spot on. Very comfortable king size bed, open floor plan, great view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony, nice appliances, nice furniture. The loft is a beautiful space in a perfect location. So much to do all around there easy to find a place to park. The loft itself is beautiful and open and airy with lots of sunlight. The bed was super comfortable and it had great amenities. The outdoor porch was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also great. It was spacious and clean. This location has stairs which gave us all a work-out in itself. The only issue we had was with the dryer. It was non-working the first 3 days, and we had to travel to do laundry. Once reported, the staff replaced it before we left. All and all, I would book here again. ##### Shamika B.
