This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal. ● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. We chose this property for the proximity to the cruise port and shopping/eating selections before our Disney cruise and boy were we happy with our choice! Even with of family size of 6, the property was spacious and we never felt cramped at all! And Russell was amazing at answering any questions I had with extreme promptness!
