This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home spans over 1400 sq. feet of luxurious living space, making it the ideal retreat for family and friends to create and cherish unforgettable moments together. After an exhilarating day of fun and adventure, you can unleash your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy a delightful meal al fresco on the private balcony, and immerse yourself in the breathtaking gulf views that stretch out before you. "Castawaves" is designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly blends comfort and elegance. It features cable TV and high-speed wireless internet throughout, ensuring that you stay connected and entertained. The home is thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home, making your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. The sleeping arrangements are equally impressive, with a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (full over full & twin over twin) in the third bedroom, providing ample space and comfort for all. A storage locker is provided with this unit. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. \*Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase.
