Pet friendly, WiFi Beautiful canal home located in the Sea Isle subdivision. Fully remodeled kitchen. New blender! New boat lift straps available. Boat needs to be 21 feet or larger to fit in the sling, otherwise they can be tied to cleats. Totally updated.. Brand new dock, a.c., floors, oven, microwave, fridge. 2nd story deck faces west for beautiful sunsets on the canal. concrete entertainment area below the main deck with seating that overlooks the canal for entertainment or fishing purposes. Complimentary kayaks to use in the canal. Charcoal and stainless propane grill downstairs. The canal is great for swimming and you can use the ladder on the dock to get in. 3 block walk to the beautifully maintained private beach and access to all that Sea Isle has to offer including a marina, key to the private boat launch, bar and restaurant, and private gated fishing pier. Complimentary keurig with k-cups and coffee pot with coffee provided in fridge. Wi-fi, 55 in. LED tv. in livingroom and 55 in. LED flat screen in master. 2 full baths, Full washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Queen sized bed in the master, 2 sets of single bunk beds in the 1st guest room and a full sized bunk in the 2nd guest room. No garage access. There is a communal pool but renters are required to go to the office directly next to the pool to pay for a pass in order to have access. We loved the homes closeness to the beach but also the ability to kayak and fish right outside your door. The owners were amazing and super helpful. We had a little situation when our 6 year old locked a door with our two year on the other side and the entire time we were resolving the situation they were there every step of the way. I will say I was a bit nervous about the accessibility of the water with our two year old in the mix but we brought a life jacket and kept it on her when downstairs and it worked great. I asked about a blender, and he did not have one and the use of community pool that was listed as an amenity. You sent a message2 days ago "you have extra toilet paper anywhere ?" Michael sent a message2 days ago "No" Michael sent a message2 days ago "Standard vrbo’s come w a basic supply of toilet paper and paper towels. The rest is up to you." I’m sorry if your not happy with the accommodations but this has never been a problem before."
