Other Things to Note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us in advance with your estimated arrival time. If we are not notified ahead of time and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21\. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (a $250 fine will apply). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. The home was beautifully decorated; the space felt both stylish and welcoming. We loved the layout—having all the living areas on one floor was perfect for our group. It felt spacious yet allowed everyone to stay together, and there was plenty of seating for everyone to relax. It was very clean, including the bathrooms, which we really appreciated. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. While we didn't use the pool, it looked very well-maintained. The home is in what looks like a newly developed community and the location is excellent—very close to the beach, Moody Gardens, and Pleasure Pier, but away from the crowds and traffic. Communication with the host was timely, and the detailed check-in instructions made our arrival seamless. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to stay here again. ##### hong t.
