This amazing home is just steps from one of the only uncrowded semi private beaches in Galveston and has plenty of space inside and out for your family gathering. The closest beach walkover is directly across from the house and is less than a 2 min walk with beach stuff and kids. This is on a semi private never crowded very clean beach. No hurricane beach damage. There are over 1200 sq ft of decks on two levels, 4 large bedrooms each with a large flatscreen TV, a huge game room with full size arcade games and an 85 in tv, lots of seating and 180 degree multi million dollar gulf views. There is also a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave in the game room upstairs as well as a large dvd collection and tons of puzzles and games for all ages. Enjoy the huge living room on the main level with floor to ceiling windows and another large tv and enormous outdoor deck space with plent of seating and amazing ocean sounds and views. This home has a large entry area with full size grille, lots of seating, hammock, teeter totter, and dart board, tons of beach equipment including a tent, tons of chairs, corn hole, bocce ball, double enclosed outdoor showers for washing off after a day on the beach and plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway. The completely remodeled large gourmet kitchen has a large island, 35lb dedicated Ice maker, oversize 6 burner industrial gas stove/oven and drawer microwave and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals. The kitchen has every appliance you might need including a Keurig/drip coffee pot and large crockpot. The main level living area houses an oversize seating area, shiplap walls and a beautiful linear LED fireplace. Guests can choose to dine inside at one of two large tables or outside on one of several decks all nicely furnished and overlooking the beach. The home has super fast Internet allowing everyone online access. We have had 15 plus devices with no slowdown. Master is equipped with a desk, two large monitors, mouse, key board and docking station if you need to work. The main level has a large half bath, large laundry room with hanging and folding area, a fun and comfortable bunk room with 3 full size beds and a large tv, a jack and jill bath, large beautifully finished bedroom with king bed and another large tv, walk in closet, large gourmet kitchen and huge living room. An extra wide grand staircase leads to the second floor with another large bedroom with king bed, very large dedicated full bath and large bright game room with vaulted ceilings, lots of seating and 3 full size arcade games as well as access to the expansive wrap around upper deck area with beautiful ocean views. The gigantic master bedroom has a large private deck and walls of windows, wireless phone chargers, a spa like master bath with large glass shower, oversize stand alone tub, heated towel rack and heated marble floors. As you enter this expansive property you will immediately appreciate the large dumb waiter that stops on all floors to make loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and all your stuff much quicker and easier. Each and every room has been remodeled and brightened for total relaxation and comfort. Child high chair and booster seat, pack and play and jogging stroller are also provided. There are gates at the top of each outdoor stairwell and a kids gate in the laundry room for inside stairs. There is also a bed rail in the bunk room closet for any bed. Beachside Village is arguably one of the best and nicest communities on the island. Homes and yards are well kept. There is lots of green space to play and quiet streets to walk or ride bikes or other toys. Very family friendly and safe with daily dedicated on-site security patrols. Great beach for shell hunting also! Super clean beach is always well kept and regularly manicured in the off season as well as high season. What a great set up!! Loved the home and all the nice extras!! The sound machines in each bedroom was much appreciated! Loved the warm floor in the master bathroom. Loved all the balconies. Loved the dvd collection, video games, board games and puzzles. Plenty of space for the whole family to be together comfortably and made our football/movie watching nights. The property was gorgeous, well maintained, and perfectly clean. It was well stocked, above and beyond what we’ve experienced with similar rentals. The hosts really went out of their way to make it a great stay and had great communication. Our group had children ranging in age from 3 to 15, and the house was perfect for them. The location of the home is amazing, with beach views and a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is clean and quiet, with no car traffic. My bookwork daughter loved the hammock and all the cozy porch spots to curl up in. My middle daughter was super excited for the pebble ice machine and said her bed was the most comfortable bed ever. My youngest loved the bunk room, and all of us had a blast with the games on hand, including the arcade games. This house was a very short walk to the beach, and had everything you could ever think to need. There were many touches throughout to make the stay extra comfortable and relaxing. The house is a perfect set up for a family like ours, and they have thought of everything. We forgot a few items, a sound machine, blackout curtains and phone chargers and to our surprise the home had all of the items we forgot. The home was quick 1 minute walk to the beach making it super quick to walk across to the beach. Location was perfect, close to mini golf and restaurants like Coopers and Waterman’s where we had great meals. Upon arrival we found the house sparkling clean and beautifully decorated and the view was divine. Every bed in the house was very comfortable and all guests commented on good comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and gadgets and even cooking our Thanksgiving dinner away from home, we managed to find everything we needed. The separate ice maker and wine cooler were much appreciated extras and enhanced the enjoyment of the house. John and Valerie were perfect hosts. They were great communicators and answered questions quickly. I highly recommend staying at Seafoam! I hope we have the opportunity to return someday soon. ##### Lori W. Our family made so many memories. We never had to worry about anything. There was plenty of room for our family of 12\. The house had everything we needed and even more. The video arcade in the upstairs living room entertained the grandchildren for hours! The dumb waiter was perfect for unloading and loading up our vehicles. The host has thought of everything here. We felt like we were in our own home. The beds are not your average beds. They were luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach on the porch while drinking coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Our family especially enjoyed the 2 living rooms. The kids could watch their movies downstairs while the adults watched their shows upstairs. The amenities for the younger kids were so nice to have. We don’t have to take a pack n play or highchair with us. The host had very nice ones on site for us to use. We will definitely be back. The ice machine made plenty of ice for our large group as well. ##### John D. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped. The amenities the best we have ever had. The grandkids are already asking to come back next year! There was plenty of room to spread out. Two large tables, one in the kitchen and one in the den made it easy to set up things, work computers, games etc and not have to clear for meals. Air conditioner worked great. The area beneath the house had a great set-up but the mosquitos kept us from using the games. That's just Galveston in the summer. It was quite amusing seeing everyone try to outrun the mosquitos going from the beach/cars to the house. Luckily only a few followed us in! John and Valerie were easy to work with.
