It was cozy with all of us, but I think having the covered deck to sit out on gives the house a very roomy feel. The location was amazing for the kids - walk out the door and you’re on the beach! We spent 90% of our trip at the beach and the house. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the front deck watching the sun come up. What a view. The house is well stocked for cooking and fun. Some beach chairs, umbrella, and a toy chest for the kids. We had a day of zero wind so the love bugs showed up all over but they don’t bite or anything, it’s just a weird sight (just putting that in here in case people are as confused as I was about them). The beach cottage has a homey feel! Great layout! Lots of chairs for lounging on the deck! Beautiful floors with a soaking tub in the masterbath which is wonderful for those of us who love tubs or need to bath small children! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! It's a lovely, cozy beach house that was perfect for our family (2 kids, 2 parents and 1 grandma). The kitchen was well stocked.
