Unit A is the upstairs portion of this home. Other guests may be renting the downstairs unit. Grab your fishing poles, your flip flops, and your sunscreen as you and your family are already at the perfect Vacation spot! Enjoy your morning coffee on our beautiful deck and enjoy the sounds of the waves splashing, and the spectacular sunsets. This home has a deck that wraps the home in the right places for amazing and fantastic outdoor living. Beach Waves A is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom perfect for family vacations. After you get past the amazing sundeck, the living room welcomes you with brand new furniture equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Relax at night in front of the large screen TV equipped with Roku and streaming abilities. The dining area has a table that will seat 6, perfect for meals during those holiday get togethers at the beach. Next is the kitchen.....Beautifully renovated with Corian countertops, this kitchen won't disappoint the home chef. Equipped with full size appliances, everything you need with which to eat and drink, you will certainly enjoy dining in. This home has a washer and dryer. The larger primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second primary bedroom has a cozy, queen size bed, flat screen TV and it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the the way to the kids bunk room, you will pass the convenient half bathroom. From the deck, a back staircase will lead you to the fenced in back yard. Perfect for your canine friends; it even has a dog house. You will find more furniture with a fire pit. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience at Beach Waves A memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. Its a short walk from the beach and about a 30 minute drive into Galveston city for the sites and attractions. One of the major draws to this house was the fact you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. Also that we had a hose to wash off sand after spending time in the ocean. The dryer was extremely loud so we could not dry anything while we were at the house. The other issue was that the yard was only mowed in a small section. We choose this house because it had a yard for our dogs but we didn’t get to use it bc the grass was too tall. One of the door knobs fell off when we got there and a person was sent quickly to replace it. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware and there were plenty of beach towels. The deck was really nice and would have been great if the umbrella that was there worked, but it was broken. The TV in the master always had lines across the screen. Overall the location made up for these problems. ##### Melissa V. It is closer than the pictures make it look. The are fabulous views from the porch with excellent seating and tables. Even a fire pit although we didn't use it. Everything you could possibly need is in the home! It was sucked as well as my home. My family stayed for a week and had a great time. We can't wait for our next visit!! ##### Deanna C. It was the perfect size for us. The furnishings were very nice and made it feel homey. It was very clean. The short walk to the beach was great. Upon getting there and setting bags in the counter we discovered small ants on the kitchen counter. I killed all that I saw and put all food in fridge and didn’t see anymore throughout our stay.
