Staying at Beach Fun Breeze is no exception! The private bedroom has darkening curtains and a luxurious Tempur-Pedic queen mattress that ensures quality slumber. The negatives: the pull out bed was a little janky but my 12 year old slept on it and he didn’t care. We showed up and there was no toilet paper or extra trash bags but the manager was quick to respond and resolved the issues promptly. The positives: very cute, good location, being able to see the ocean from the balcony was fantastic! It was so cold during our visit so my family enjoyed the heated pool. Right across from the non-busy beach (although you play frogger to get across). We had a few minor issues but they were resolved right away and the communication was great! I will say the condo complex itself is outdated and one of the pools and an elevator were closed during our entire visit, which wasn’t ideal (nothing the VRBO host could do about that). It was a tight fit with myself, my husband and our teen boys (they were too tall to fit in the bunks). Overall, we would go back because of the value for the location. ##### Courtney G. The communication with the owner was amazing. She gave all information needed and text to check on us during our stay. The outside of the place is being renovated (as we were informed) and we were kinda concerned when pulling in but the inside of the condo was great! So nice and comfortable. The pools were great and the grandsons had the best time there. They didn't want to leave and asked to stay longer. It's located further down the seawall, which made it easier to get in and out of the complex. You are down from all the busy restaurants and businesses so turning in and out was much nicer...but you are still close to all the action. You walk straight across the street to get to the beach. There are stairs to access the beach and it wasn't packed right there. It was nice to basically have our little section of the beach all to ourselves. ##### Nita S. They are renovating the grounds etc but that did not interfere with our stay. Enjoyed it tremendously and would certainly recommend it to those that have families and are dog lovers ##### Gwyn D. It was a bit too high tech, smart for us though. We couldn’t get the a/c to do what we wanted, and could not get the television to work at all. Otherwise, everything was terrific. ##### Pamela P. Pretty rude! Underneath kitchen cabinets huge whole! Nats were horrible! Beach horrible! Debri everywhere unless you want to walk miles! No supervision at pool! Dumpster over flowing ! We had a couple of hiccups when we first got to the location and Mrs Donna text me right back any time I reached out to her to responded she was wonderful. The only Con about the condo is they are doing remodeling of the office and the driveway were the balcony is right now. We put towels up to block the workers. But other then that this location is perfect. The pool is perfect and evwryone in the office is so nice. Highly recommend staying at Mrs Donnas place its worth it. The beach is literally in eye view.
